ASICC-MED's wellness clinics can be described as either group or one-on-one consultations with ASICC-MED’s skilled healthcare personnel. Our professional staff educate your guests and/or use test equipment and products featuring the latest technology for non-invasive testing. Depending on the health topic chosen, ASICC-MED will provide the appropriate health care professional such as RNs, RNAs, inhalotherapists, medical technologists, nutritionists, massage therapists and/or other healthcare professionals in order to ensure your employees, clients or customers receive the best healthcare education and screening possible in a friendly and professional environment.
In order to organize these clinics, specific steps are required, and the procedure may vary from one clinic to the next, depending on the topics chosen, your guests or the location where the clinic is to be held. However, ASICC-MED will discuss the following steps with you to ensure your guests get the most out of your wellness clinics:
- Health topics. ASICC-MED will help you choose the most appropriate health topic(s) for your organization based on your environment (corporation, pharmacy, community center, health clinic, etc.), the guests (employees, customers, patients, etc.), conditions specific to your guests (gender-based topics like prostate cancer, age-related topics, etc.) and seasonal factors (flu season, etc.). ASICC-MED can cover any health topic and all of our pre-made wellness clinics can be customized to meet your needs.
- Promotion. Once the topic for the wellness clinic is chosen, ASICC-MED will help you prepare for the event by creating promotional material and literature to advertise the event at your location.
- Set-up. On the day of the wellness clinic, ASICC-MED will set up the area where the clinic will be held and provide literature and all required tools.
- Education. Based on the topic(s) chosen and tests and/or inoculations required, ASICC-MED will take the time to educate your guests and brief them about the procedure, the risks, and what the test entails. ASICC-MED will hand the test results to each guest (if applicable) with a brief explanation of the next step to take (i.e., recommend further testing, recommend that the guest consult his/her doctor, etc.)
- Feedback. We also gather feedback from the guests and provide that feedback to the personnel who organized the clinic (corporation, pharmaceutical company, etc.)
Of course, all information obtained from our guests is highly confidential and ASICC-MED will not use it without their consent.
Most wellness clinics are set up in two sessions:
- First session: This session highlights awareness and evaluation of risk factors. During this first session, ASICC-MED personnel can meet people one-on-one or as a group. ASICC-MED can perform individual health risk assessments and run a series of relevant tests. From the results, an individual care program is compiled.
- Second session: This session can be held a few weeks or months following the first session, depending on the health topic. During this second session, we offer follow-up assessment/monitoring of patients whose conditions have already been identified. ASICC-MED personnel can reinforce the knowledge base already present in the person’s mind, reassess risk factors and run follow-up tests. The care plan is then readjusted accordingly and patient compliance is reinforced.
